Laubach Literacy is a non-profit organization of volunteers who provide no-cost tutoring services to adults who speak english as a second language; who also reside in Ventura County and want to improve their speaking, reading, writing, and understanding of english.
Laubach ESL Tutoring is based on the ESL teaching methodology originated by Frank Laubach.
Volunteer Tutors are trained by certified trainers in the Laubach ESL methodology at no cost to the volunteer or student.
Volunteer directors accept and maintain student information and match the student with a tutor in the same area.
